The video game Cours Strasbourg is a prototype of a racing mobile game developed for beginners in French language. The gameplay relies on following GPS directions to help newly arrived adults who can not read and write to get around their town. Listening and writing activities are included to get accustomed to the process of formal learning and gain autonomy.
